Diagnosis: There is a fracture BOTH of the distal fibula and proximal fifth metatarsal. The fifth metatarsal fracture is unstable (through the proximal shaft) and requires urgent surgical evaluation.

Next steps are cast splint and follow up with an orthopedist.
