UCA Webinar: Project Management Is Now An Essential Skill; Do You Have It?

You work in urgent care—so you know it’s an ever-changing, continuously growing industry that gets more and more complex as time goes on. Being well-versed in the business-side of things means being able to handle whatever comes your way, whether you’ve done it before or not. Project management skills are essential in allowing your operation—and your career—to move forward. Recognizing this, the Urgent Care Association will host a webinar entitled Project Management for Success on Thursday, June 27, from 1 to 2 pm. Presenter Karen Hughes, customer success manager at Craneware, will share her wisdom on project management techniques to identify problems or opportunities, establishing implementation plans, and utilizing standardized methodology to improve financial and operating performance.
