United Surgical Partners International Acquires CareSpot Express Healthcare. CareSpot will operate as a division of USPI, managing the 35 centers plus 46 MedPost Urgent Care locations owned by Tenet. No changes in brand identity are planned, currently. The deal comes on the heels of CareSpot spending much of the past five years investing in information technology, training, and operational processes, creating a scalable model for developing and managing urgent care facilities.
